Jhatka meat is a form of slaughter in which an animal is killed immediately with a single strike, with no need for the animal to bleed steadily for a period of few minutes.

Ravi Ranjan Ji has taken this initiative to certify the meat store by measuring them on certain parameters and then certify them with Jhatka Certification. So, First time across the globe he has taken this initiative to certify the stores for Jhatka Meat.  

Their are other ways of meat slaughtering and widely accepted. We only provide certificate for Jhatka. Alot of meat-eating Hindus prescribe Jhatka meat. This is widely considered as humane way of slaughtering animals.
